Okay, I'm not even going to wonder why metalhead hippie from hell was giving us advice.

[Dash muttered, not looking up as Code sat next to him. The silent support was good, it was needed and welcome and honestly... It made him feel a little better.]

[The speedster leaned back and watched his twin touch the memory crystal, waiting for whatever the reaction was going to be.]

[He shut his eyes and sat back, trying to hold onto the memory for as long as he could. He didn't notice the small little glowing unicorns trotting around his feet as if they'd always been there.]

[Dash looked down at the tiny unicorns. Man that was familiar. Also meant that, somehow, Code was from before Want. He didn't try to think about it, it would make his head hurt.]

[Carefully the speedster picked up a small unicorn, purple with markings by her eyes. She had a bow and arrow on her haunch. Too familiar. My Little Pony, but also the girl from his dream, and his memory.]

Teddy. [Dash said a little distractedly.] His name is Teddy. And yeah, he's a shapeshifter. Also super strong. [He looked up at Code.] What did you remember?

[He looked at all of them, his hands lifting the green one from the group, brushing his thumb over the symbol on his haunch. He didn't recognize it, but he knew who this was. Code was careful with him - thanking the Sphere just once for bringing the team together...for a little while.]

Yeah, its Teddy. [He stares down at the others unicorns at his feet and nudges the one that's supposed to be himself. He picks him up too. They shouldn't be apart.] We were going to that city, he stayed behind to let me sneak out. ...I think I can get a handle on this wanting thing. Part of it was from my dream.

[He pauses and picks up each of the team left on the floor, putting them all together.] I think...Scarlet witch might the right name for me. I'm not sure. It feels so familiar but, I looked not quite like I expected.

You had that memory before. [Dash said quietly, picking up a dark mocha pony with a little American flag on its butt from Code's collection. The unicorn tried to bite his fingers and he made at face at it.] That city. Why does it crop up so much? Do you think it's... Genosha?

[The thought made him uneasy, and he settled the two unicorns in his palms.]

It is familiar, you know? Scarlet Witch. It kind of fits you, with the whole magic thing. I guess that really would make me Quicksilver, right?

Was it touch and sight then too? [Code sat in silence as he watched the yellow pony with an ant on its butt bounce around. The name Genosha rang through his mind like a funeral bell.] ...maybe, but if it is, what were we looking for there? What was so important we had to go there?

[He doesn't like it either.]

I had a red cape on, so I guess it really is me. Yeah, I think you are.

No. It was... Fuck it was a long time ago, but you heard the conversation. [Dash wished he'd remembered--or asked more questions. Or that Want hadn't been so vague when he was talking about it.]

Anyway the conversation with T wasn't important I think. Some dream. [Dash shrugged and poked the red white and surly pony.]

I don't know. I don't get it, but it had to be big, if we were going to a place like that.

[That required a pause, and then he dumped the unicorns in Code's lap.]

Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver, huh? Fancy.
