Kanin and Clé because I'm lazy.

Kanin - Dash thinks Kanin is a cool guy. He's fun to hang out with, he's nice, he's genuinely fun-loving and one of the more chill adults Dash can imagine.

In short, Kanin is all just plain "rock on" in Dash's book.

Cle - Not sure about her. She gets on with Sky, and seems to like him. He promised to teach her Mario Kart. Some things she days and does seem pretty abrasive and weird to Dash, but at other times she just strikes him as a little overly formal. So he doesn't know one way or the other about her.

They originally met with Cross having Dash's dream, and Dash having to introduce him to pizza. Since then Dash has enabled Cross's munchies, gotten scolded for stupidity (a lot) had Cross patch him up after said stupidity, confronted Cross's evil twin, and finally moved in with Cross.

And the hijinks haven't stopped there. Though they don't really talk about deep things, Dash trusts Cross almost more completely then anyone else in the sphere, especially with Throne, Want and Ran gone. If he needed someone to turn to for help, Cross would probably be his first choice (especially for medical attention).

If he needed someone to keep a secret, Dash would probably choose Cross as well. Not from any intellectual reason, but instinct. Cross seems like a team mate to him.

It's not anything Drake did, actually they were pretty good friends. I am actually working on a solo log encompassing Dash's reaction to his 'reappearance' and other recent events.

He's just lost a few friends to drops and resets too, so Kirin's appearance hit him hard. He WILL want to approach Kirin later, when he's not emotionally burned out.
