Had two things to talk to you about. May be kind of weird to bring up out of the blue, but my twin trusts you so that's good enough for me.

Anyway, first one is business, Cross and I may need a new room built and I hear you're the guy to go to for that kind of commission. [Even if the kid was... So short.]

Other one is more... Involved.

[Dash felt a little odd, making this offer to someone he didn't really know, but Alchemy did have Code's confidence and Cross's vote.]

Yeah, pretty much. We're forming a team. Kids around our age. Not exactly something on the up and up, but with a purpose. If helping people or getting to the bottom of this place is your thing... Then consider yourself invited.

[His eyes slowly met Dash's. He was sitting there, offering him a chance to find Fullmetal. He puts his hands into his pockets.]

Who else is in?

[Kids around his age ruled out the two biggest annoyances that would prevent him joining, but he also preferred to do his own thing. As long as he didn't have to drag around some deadweight.]

[Dash watched Alchemy think about it, not really pressuring the other. It was kind of a big choice to make, and Dash was dead serious about the team. No one should join who wasn't dedicated--he didn't care so much about reasons as he did for commitment.]

[It was the only thing left for him. He needed to find those secrets and if there were more people, that was more minds. He would find Fullmetal and he wanted to do it alone, but it was nearly impossible to spot everything alone.]

[Well Code wasn't technically in yet. But Dash knew it was just a matter of pitching the scheme to his twin to get Code's involvement--he had no question there.]

Yeah, I am. I don't want to put up with this shit any more. We need to figure out what's going on, and we'll only do that working together, I think.

[Alchemy was not the most renowned person in the Sphere when it came to teamwork. But there were times a person had to suck it up to get a little further.]

[Dash himself wasn't exactly the altruist he was trying to be--Lovely ideals were lovely and all, but he just couldn't quite buy them. The team had to have some kind of moral glue though.]

Yeah, I was thinking we'd all meet on Melee Island pretty soon.

[It brought back that dream, of swallowing the sun. He was ready to pursue the secrets of the world at any cost if it would mean finding Fullmetal. And maybe find the man from the last dream and figure out whose it was.
