Like I said. Saving people--maybe set up patrol teams to keep tabs on trouble spots. Regular old vigilantes--only without the excessive violence, unless necessary. That'd be the main deal. The other half... That would require more risk and more commitment, but finding things out. Turning over stones and poking at snake nests. I mean all kinds, sticking our noses deep where they don't belong kind of thing. We'll probably get bitten, if we aren't careful, and probably if we are too, anyway.
