[The seriousness is sharp and arid, like a thunderstorm as arcs of lightning roar up during his transformation from boy to Exorcist in battle garb. The blade hisses free of his shoulder and spits blazing sparks of green. Threads of white wrap around his damaged leg forcing it to move with the sheer inhuman agility of his usual self. The blade cuts through the edge of the couch as he darts to the left, feinting so he can ram the blade right through Dash. Yes he is pissed, hear that battle cry? See his eyes blazing with green fire? That's Cross trying to save you from yourself.]

[Well there goes another couch. Dash is on his feet and moving the minute the sword is up and swinging, dodging--only to find himself dodging into the blade. He still has to work on the whole, reading through a feint thing.]
[It doesn't exactly hurt but it's weird. Like a ghost pain or sensation. A wraith reaching in but not hurting him.]

[The blade is strangely soothing, like coming into the light of the sun. Not harming Dash at all as Allen slams the blade and his friend into the floor and sits on him. It is like being sat on by a sun, the light keeps dancing around the blade. Allen's leg is bleeding from ripped stitches but he ignores it.]
There are other ways to do things. Other means we can keep going, as long as we're walking forward there is a chance to do something.

[His shoulders shake faintly as exhaustion of the soul seeps in and manages to wrap his remaining arm around Dash. He doesn't say a word, but he can't hide the tears sliding down his face already.]
